Broken Sound Country Club is nestled in the heart of Boca Raton and with its 27 distinctive villages offers its residents an extensive selection of luxury Mediterranean-style homes and fabulous resort amenities. There are over 1,600 homes set amid 1,000 acres of award-winning landscaping, including 300 acres of lakes, parks, golf courses and recreation areas.
Home styles include villas and townhomes, patio and single family homes, ranging from approximately $200,000 for just under 2,000 sq. ft. to the multi-millions for 10,000 sq. ft. custom homes. Approximately 65% of the residents live year-round.
Club Amenities:
1. 2 18-hole championship golf courses designed by Gene Bates, the main Club Course located within the residential community and the Old Course, located outside the community on the northeast corner of Yamato and Military Trail.
2. an Addison Mizner-style, 60,000 sq. ft. club house – with a state-of-the-art fitness center and luxurious spa, Social Club, Aquatic Club including an adult and junior pool, and Olympic lap pool, plus 4 dining rooms, lounges and café’s overlooking stunning fairway vistas.
3. a Tennis Center with 23 Har-Tru tennis courts (1/2 are lit for night play), Café and pro shop. Broken Sound’s tennis program is very active – men’s and ladies’ leagues, men’s senior league, grand slam leagues, Pizza – Tennis – Wine event once per month, active junior program, 3 full time pros and 2 additional pros.
Memberships, Fees:
There are 3 categories of membership – all new homeowners are required to purchase at least the General Social Membership. The additional golf memberships are optional. With all of the programs, if you sell your home in the future, 50% of the equity is refundable, the balance is not.
* General Membership which includes use of the Main social, spa, aquatic and tennis facilities – equity of $50,000.
* The Master Membership, which includes the social and main Club Golf Course – equity is $60,000.
* The Golf Membership which includes the social, plus both the Main Club and Old Golf Courses - equity is $70,000.
* These fees do not include annual dues and capital replacement fees.
