I have also had experience as and held licenses for Mortgage Broker and Registered Real Estate Appraiser.
I am the analytical type – an “analysis junkie” - I am comfortable with statistics and details and am constantly customizing reports so I can review information quickly, at one click of the mouse. * My family was in the real estate and land development business in Canada and so I started the business in land sales, but now concentrate on the residential market.
* 30 years experience in the South Florida real estate market in both general and luxury residential specialties, plus commercial and land transactions to such major developers as Marriott Corp. and other area builders.
* Participated in the ownership and sale of a large $23 million, multi-use, land development project including a 25 acre retail site and 500 unit residential community in Aventura, called Aventura Lakes.
