Snowbirds may find roosting a bit cheaper

Snowbirds arriving in force this month will find a renter’s market.
Mary Hass, a 57-year-old from Louisville, Ky., who has been spending winters in Florida for 20 years, said she saw rent drop for the first time in several years.

County to Spend Millions to Cut South Palm Beach Water Plant Smell

For the past year, consultants have tried to figure out why the neighborhoods around Palm Beach County\’s Southern Region Water Reclamation Plant smelled so foul.
On Wednesday, officials came up with some answers and promised to spend up to $11 million fixing it.
